💅🏼 Add a new treatment

Create a bespoke treatment or choose from our customisable treatment library

To add a new treatment: 

  1. Click on settings in the bottom right hand corner on your app 
  2. Click treatments 
  3. Click add a treatment. Here you can click to create your own, or choose from our treatment library. Note, all treatments from the library can be fully customised. 
  4. To create a your own: 
    • Add a treatment name 
    • Choose a category. To create a new category, simply type in the category name or to add to an existing category, select the category shown underneath in purple 
    • Input a default price for your treatment 
    • Input a duration for your treatments (this is done in minutes) 
    • Add a description for your treatment. This is visible on your booking website and transactional emails with clients. You can use the description to let customers know what is involved in the treatment and can include information such as the brand of product

  5. Next, choose which locations you wish to offer your treatment. Use the toggles to set the treatment visibility for each of your locations. 
  6. Lastly, set the price for each of your locations. The price will automatically be set to the default price however you can update this on a per location basis. For example, you may wish to charge more for a treatment if it's a mobile booking as opposed to salon-based.
