      Display top reviews from your customers on your booking website

      Reviews are a hugely important part of businesses, particularly for self-employed professionals. With Solo, you can add reviews from your previous clients to display on your booking website. 

      🔥 Solo tip: the more reviews you add, the better! Not only is it a fantastic way to demonstrate your skills, studies show that 93% of customers say that online reviews impact their purchase decision. 


      Follow the steps below to add a review to your profile:

       


      1. Click settings 
      2. Click booking website 
      3. Scroll down and click reviews 
      4. Click add a review 
      5. Input the clients name, review and their star rating 
      6. Click select booking date and select the date the booking took place 

      Once you have updated your reviews, you can choose whether to make the review visible on your booking website. Simply switch the toggle to on/off depending on your preference.
