The Solo Marketplace

At Solo, we are on a mission to reshape beauty and wellness around independent professionals with an app designed to help every aspect of your business.

That's why we are excited to announce that the Solo marketplace is now live!

It is the first marketplace exclusively for independent professionals. Customers in your area will be able to easily find your business and book your services.

The Solo marketplace is open nationwide to salon-based, mobile, and home-studio professionals. The goal is to help you establish another source of income where you can find new customers for life.

There will be a 30% commission fee for any new customers acquired through the Solo marketplace, then no fee for repeat customers. We will continue to review fees with the aim of keeping them as low as possible.

To be listed on the Solo marketplace, you must be on our Grow (£12.99 per month) or Pro (£24.99 per month) subscription. We will also need to see proof of public liability insurance which you can submit using this secure online form.

Many of you have already created and completed your listing and they are looking great! For those of you who haven't started yet, or have incomplete profiles that won't qualify to be listed, please make sure the following has been set up;

1. The treatments you offer and their prices
2. Your location (mobile, salon or both!)
3. All of your business details, including a description
4. At least 5 of your own reviews
5. Your availability for at least one month
6. Add your own images to feature in your lookbook
7. Your deposit and cancellation policies.
