We are excited to announce the launch of the Solo marketplace, coming very soon!
In contrast to Secret Spa, you will be able to offer your own treatments, at your own prices, using your individual branding to help you find new clients, and build your personal business. As well as this, you’ll have access to all of the amazing benefits of our booking system and personal websites.
At Solo, we are on a mission to reshape beauty and wellness around independent professionals with an app designed to help every aspect of your business. Your private customers in your area will be able to easily find your business and book your services with you seamlessly.
The Solo marketplace will be open nationwide to both Secret Spa and non Secret Spa professionals who are salon-based, mobile, or work from home-studio. You will be able to decide whether you want to set your availability for Secret Spa, for private clients that will book through your Solo website, or for potential new clients that will book through the Solo marketplace.
The goal is to help you establish another source of income, aside from Secret Spa, where you can find new customers for life.
Many of you have already created and completed your listing and they are looking great! For those of you who haven't started yet, or have incomplete profiles that won't qualify to be listed, please make sure the following has been set up;
1. The treatments you offer and their prices
2. Your location (mobile, salon or both!)
3. All of your business details, including a description
4. At least 5 of your own reviews (recent!)
5. Your availability for at least one month
6. Add your own images to feature in your lookbook
7. Your deposit and cancellation policies.

How much will it cost?
For all active* Secret Spa professionals it will be free to be listed on the marketplace for the launch period. For anyone not active on Secret Spa you can gain access by subscribing to the grow or pro plans for £9.99/ £19.99 a month.

*(Active = taken at least 1 booking in the last 30 days)
You will only pay commission for any new customers acquired through the Solo marketplace. This will be at a flat rate of 30%. For any repeat clients you will not be charged commission. (excluding payment processing fees: 1.6% + 30p.)
What areas will the marketplace operate in?
We will be launching nationwide, turning on marketing first in London, Manchester and Brighton. Other areas will depend on the number of professionals we have set up on Solo, so if you know any professionals in your area make sure you refer them to us to get us up and running near you!
What if my Secret Spa clients want to book me on Solo?
All Secret Spa clients must be booked through Secret Spa for any treatments that we offer. If a Secret Spa client wants to book a treatment with you that is not on the Secret Spa menu then they can book with you on Solo.
