      To access your client groups:

      1. Click on settings ⚙️
      2. Scroll down to client groups 
      3. Here you'll be able to see a list of groups that your clients are automatically arranged in depending on the group criteria 

      As a business owner, it is crucial that you have a clear view and understanding of who your clients are, which is why we created client groups. These groups provide you with an incredibly powerful marketing tool so you can run promotions or tailor messaging & campaigns to those particular users. 

      As an example, you may wish to run a promo code for the customers sitting in your 'lapsed' group to try and win back your business. 

      Alternatively, you may wish to send a personalised Christmas card to all of your 'big spenders' or 'regulars'to thank them for their business.
