Share live availability with your customers on your booking website to provide a seamless booking experience

How does availability work?

Using the availability function in Solo means you can share your live availability with customers on your booking website. This means no more back and forth messages trying to arrange a time that works for you both.

Customers can simply go on your booking website and see exactly when you are available. Don't forget, you will still be in full control with the option to accept or decline all bookings.

Our advanced booking system will take into account private events and bookings already in your Solo calendar. This means it will only show your clients times that you are available to help you avoid double bookings and diary clashes. 

Add availability to your calendar

Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the calendar icon at the bottom of your app
  2. Click on the blue + in the bottom right hand corner 
  3. Click add website availability 
  4. If you have multiple locations, select which one you wish to add availability for
  5. Select the dates you would like to update your availability for. If you select a time and drag your finger down, you can select multiple times

  6. Select the times that you would like to set yourself as available. Remember you are adding these times for all dates that you selected on the previous screen 
    ✏️ Note - the time slots are broken down into 30 minute time slots. This means if you select 9.00, you are setting yourself as available until 9.30am
  7. Review the total hours you have chosen at the bottom of the page and then press save
  8. Your calendar will now show coloured blocks to indicate that you are available. The colour of the block will relate to the colour of your chosen location. All locations are colour coded so you can easily manage dual locations from your calendar. 

Remove availability 

Follow the steps below:

  1. Find the date in your calendar that you want to remove availability for
  2. Click on the date 
  3. Press remove availability 
  4. This will remove your availability for the entire day. You can addor amend your availability at any point by following the steps above

Availability settings

Your settings are done on a per location basis. To amend these settings head to booking website >> locations & availability. Click into the location you want to amend and scroll down to settings. See setting your locations to learn more.
