For mobile bookings:
  1. Click on the option that says mobile
  2. Switch the toggle to on for 'clients can book appointments at their address'

  3. Set your desired travel distance for how far you are able to travel for mobile bookings. Don't forget, you are still free to accept or decline any bookings regardless of distance. Next you'll need to enter your 'from address' as the location you'll be travelling from
  4. You can charge an additional fee for travelling to mobile bookings. Simply type in your desired surcharge fee
  5. Next, you'll need to update your travel areas summary to give clients an indication of the areas you cover
  6. Next, click on the availability tab to update your availability for mobile bookings. Tap on each day to enter your default working hours. Don't forget, you still have full control over specific availability and the ability to accept or decline any bookings
  7. Control how far in advance your calendar is open for clients to request bookings
  8. Click on the advanced tab to access even more settings. You can enable booking requests to block out that time slot in your calendar. This means when you receive a booking request, the time slot will be automatically made unavailable on your website to help you stay in control and prevent double bookings.
  9.  For mobile bookings, you can use dynamic travel time if you're driving in London, Brighton or Manchester. This will automatically calculate the distance between each appointment so you can maximise your availability and your income. Alternatively, you can set a default travel time to help you manage your diary
  10. You also have the option to set a default packdown time to apply to the end of your booking
  11. Next, you can set your minimum booking amount which is the lowest fee you're willing to accept for a booking. We recommend taking into account how much you are charging for each treatment when applying this amount
  12. Lastly, you can set the minimum hours before booking which is how soon a customer can book an appointment on your booking website, e.g "2 hours" before would allow a customer to request a booking at 2pm or 4pm.

🔥 Solo Tip: We strongly recommend you update your travel areas summary as this will prevent customers who live outside of your serving area from booking you. An example summary would be "I cover most areas of South West and West London. If you are unsure if I cover your area, please feel free to get in touch."

For salons or treatment rooms:

  1. Click add a salon or home studio
  2. Switch the toggle to on for 'clients can book appointments at their address'
  3. Select the address for your treatment room
  4. Next, add a location name e.g My Home Salon. This will be displayed on your website
  5. If you would prefer not to disclose the full address, simply toggle on hide full address on website. If you enable this option, you can set a location description to let customers know where you are based e.g London, SW9 and the full address will only be sent the full address in their booking confirmation
  6. Next, click on the availability tab to update your availability. Tap on each day to enter your default working hours
  9. You can also choose to set a default packdown time to apply to the end of your booking to help you manage your timings between appointments
  10. Next, you can set your minimum booking amount which is the lowest fee you're willing to accept for a booking. We recommend taking into account how much you are charging for each treatment when applying this amount
  11. You can set the minimum hours before booking which is how soon a customer can book an appointment on your booking website, e.g "2 hours" before would allow a customer to request a booking at 2pm or 4pm.

If you offer both mobile and treatment room bookings or you work across multiple locations, you'll be able to add bespoke availability to your calendar for each location. They will be colour coded so you can easily identify which location each booking is at in your calendar. Learn more about adding availability here
